1. SHE DAZZLE RETURNS POLICY
All purchases made through She Dazzle are final and there are no returns/refunds for except DEFECT ITEM. Refund only can be made using STORE CREDIT and no cash/transfer refundable. Refund only if item was SOLD OUT. Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 3 days after the item received (insert your receipt together). Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.
2. Sales Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
3. Defective / Faulty Items
This is mightily embarrassing and we will have them all covered. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will make it up to our DAZZlings in any possible ways! Please drop us an email or call with the following details:
- Order ID (#XXXXXX)
- The matter of the issue (defective/faulty)
- Pictures or videos, whichever applicable
- Store Credit / Exchange with same item.
