NOTE:

  • Importance to make a video unwrapping and including a clear legible Awb or consignment letter. Complete view of the products without any skips in the record.
  • After receiving the package, take a picture of it from the front, the back, and every side before opening it to preserve any proof.

  1. Exchanges of any size, color, or design are strictly prohibited. [Change of mind are not permitted.]
  2. She Dazzle is not liable for items that bought out from any third party. Only purchased made with correct Order ID will be attended.
  3. The cost of shipment is determined by weight and is handled by DHL courier.
  4. The shipment will be handled by HQ in two to three working days. There won't be any urgent orders filled.

  2. Duties, taxes, and other cross-border fees are non-refundable if the shopper refuses the goods.

  1. Are size, color, and design changes possible?
  • Sorry, no! Exchanges for any size, color, or design are strictly prohibited. Please measure your size using the provided sizing chart, then select the real color and design that you want.
  1. How much does it cost to ship an overseas delivery?
  • To confirm the pricing, please check the available region at checkout on our website or get in touch directly with our online sales team.
  1. Which shipping methods are available internationally?
  • Singapore orders are shipped using Ninja Van Courier Service, while others international deliveries, DHL courier services will be utilized. 
  1. What is the estimated time of arrival for my package?
  • For international delivery, it usually arrives in 7 to 20 business days or more depending on courier and customs clearance. Please bear these dates in mind when you expect your delivery to arrive.  
  1. How may I follow up on my order?
  • As soon as your order is processed, we will update you on its shipping status. We will send you an email with an order ID and tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package at every stage, so please make sure to check your inbox. If you can't find it, please look in your Junk Mail folder.
  1. Can I modify my shipping address after placing my order?
  • Apologies, no! Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address. Don't forget to verify your shipment details again, including your name, address, and phone number. Verify it before submitting an order for an international shipment. Once sent, we are not able to return.
  1. Will import and customs fees be applied to my package.
