Domestic Service Delivery

  1. Does She Dazzle provide self-pickup?
  •  Currently, our She Dazzle Clothing Store Wangsa Maju is the only location where self-pickup services are offered.
  1. When will it be ready for self-pickup?
  • WANGSA MAJU HQ: You can direct pick-up your order after submitted an order. To pick up your order, make sure you receive an email with your order ID beforehand.
  1. What to provide when picking my order?
  • Please provide your Order ID upon picking up your order, whether you use an authorized representative to collect your order or pick it up in person.
  1. What if I won't be available to self-collect? 
  • You can send an authorized representative to collect on your behalf. Please keep in mind that the representative will need to provide your Order ID number. Self-arranged delivery for self-pickup is solely your responsibility.
  1. How long till I can pick up my order? 
  • You must pick up the orders within 7 days of purchase; if unable to do so, we will handle your goods via postage. To prevent storing the item for an extended period or missing an order.
  1. How does Express Delivery work (Available in Klang Valley only)?
  • She Dazzle will use Lalalmove to arrange for delivery to your location. It will take ONE working day to prepare the ordered item(s). As soon as your order is ready, our customer service team will call you to confirm your address and the agreed-upon charges that you must pay to Lalamove upon delivery.
  1. Are size, color, and design changes possible?
  •  Only size exchanges are available, but only with remaining stock of the same color and design. For color and design are strictly prohibited. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Be aware that exchange only applicable for full price item only. Items purchased during sales and promotion will not be attended.

  1. Where can I make a return and exchange? 
  • Exchange only at our She Dazzle Clothing Store Wangsa Maju.
  1. How long does it take my parcel to arrive?
  • Typically, courier will take 1 - 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7 - 10 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore.Please keep these timelines in mind that the expected delivery is after HQ arranges for shipment and will rely on the courier.
  1. How can I check on the status of my order?
  • As soon as your order is processed, we will update you on its shipping status. We will send you an email with an order ID and tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package at every stage, so please make sure to check your inbox. If you can't find it, please look in your Junk Mail folder.
  1. Item was discovered to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • It’s mandatory to make a video unwrapping and including a clear legible Awb or consignment letter. Complete view of the products without any skips in the record. Do take a picture of it from the front, the back, and every side before opening it to preserve any proof.

Items must unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition with price tag and invoice, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 3 days from arrival of package and one time exchange only. 

  1. Can I modify my shipping address after placing my order?
  • Apologies, no! Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address. Don't forget to verify your shipment details again, including your name, address, and phone number.

****You must guarantee that all the information on your purchase is valid, and that you will be accessible to take delivery at the delivery ess on the delivery date agreed upon between us. If you are unavailable, the item will be returned to sender (RTS), and if redelivery is required, a second delivery fee will be charged.
